Loved the location of the hotel, with the river right outside, creating a calming atmosphere that helped me relax during my business trip. the onsen was definitely a highlight, with the perfect temperature and a beautiful view, much needed after a long day of meetings. the traditional decoration was also a nice touch, adding to the immersion in the local culture.
The room could have been cleaner, I noticed some dust in a few places. the Wi-Fi signal was not very strong, which made it difficult to work at times.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel located in a serene and calm town. The hotel amenities and services were praiseworthy. The spacious room had a magnificent view and was equipped with a floor heating washing room and a safe. We enjoyed the beef BBQ breakfast at this hotel. The staff's assistance was exceptional; they were kind enough to drive us to the station on checkout. The hotel's location near the swift-flowing river added to its allure.
Can't fault the property in any way.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were extremely delighted with our experience. The location near the swift flowing river created a truly serene and relaxing atmosphere for our vacation. The onsen, which was one of the best we've visited in Japan, was an absolute treat. The delicious meals and excellent service showcased the high quality of this place. The traditional Japanese decor and modern amenities provided a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond in helping us arrange our rental car and even upgraded our room, allowing us to enjoy a private hot spring with a stunning view of the foggy river.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the hot spring baths and the delicious food at the hotel. The onsite staff was very cheerful and accommodating, and the location was great for exploring the city and its nearby attractions. the hotel provided free transportation to and from the train station, which was a really nice touch.
The rooms lacked some basic amenities such as coffee and adequate toiletries, and the WiFi was only available in the lobby. the view from the balcony faced a hospital, which was not very pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel located near a swift flowing river. Our room was spacious and comfortable with great facilities such as a large flatscreen TV and an air purifier. the bathroom floor heating made for a tendering experience. the staff was excellent, helpfully arranging transportation to the nearby rail and bus stations. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast and the public hot springs were great.
The only slight downside was limited WiFi availability, but with so many great outdoor activities to enjoy we hardly noticed.
